Abstract: сommunicated in and gesture based communications incorporate a phonological framework that shapes an arrangement of symbols into words or morphemes and a syntactic framework that structures expressions and sentences from a grouping of words and morphemes. Human language is one of a kind in that it is gainful, recursive, and adaptable, and depends totally on friendly concordance and learning. Thus, its mind boggling structure gives a wide scope of articulations and utilizations for creature correspondence. Language is thought to have started when early hominins started to steadily change crude correspondence communication, considering the capacity to shape different hypotheses of awareness and power.

Abstract: digressive issues are remembered for the scope of issues of semiotics, the undertaking of which is to contemplate the assortment of sign frameworks and correspondence measures created by these frameworks. Language in the semiotic sense is "any between emotional arrangement of sign methods, the utilization of which is dictated by syntactic, semantic and even minded principles received in a given social local area of individuals. "Discourse is defined through the purposeful and rule-governed use of language; therefore, discourse and semiotics (the process in which something functions as a sign) are partly synonymous.

Аннотация: владение миллиардами долларов не спасает богатых от проблем с детьми, от страха перед будущим, от потери капитала, от напряженной суеты, от семейных конфликтов и прочего. Всем нужно мирное небо. Тот, кто пытается изолировать себя от народа, морально и физически разлагается и разлагает всё человечество. Если не решим назревшие проблемы сегодня, завтра неуправляемые силы решат их за нас.

В приведенной работе предлагается рассмотреть анализ нескольких проблем страны и способ избавления от них, который приведет к согласию в стране и между странами. Способ объединит людей во власти, правлении, коллективе, семействе, в структуру устойчивую, управляемую, бесконфликтную.

Ключевые слова: власть разума, общественный разум, коррупция, лидеры, связи, структура страны, кадры.
