Аннотация: в статье анализируется структура акционерного капитала компании Huawei – ключевого игрока мировой телекоммуникационной индустрии. Показано, что основой корпоративной культуры компании и важнейшим фактором её устойчивого развития является система участия работников в собственности и капитале предприятия. Хозяйственная власть трудового коллектива формирует качественно иную культуру демократического корпоративного управления, в отличие от культуры фирм других организационно-правовых форм. Принципы формирования такой культуры предполагают масштабное вовлечение работников в управленческие и хозяйственные процессы, что и демонстрирует опыт функционирования компании Huawei.

Abstract: the article discusses a promising direction for the development of higher education - the construction of educational clusters. The essence of a private-state partnership is revealed, the possibilities of building an educational cluster, the characteristics of the positioning of the head institution in a cluster, the ways of interaction between educational structures and production are studied.

Abstract: in total there are two types of modern translation - it is oral and written. Oral specializes in working with simultaneous and consecutive translation. That is, the translator immediately translates speech or dialogue. This may be necessary during business meetings, speeches of important foreign guests and specialists, etc. And, here, the translation of documents and texts from the sender's language into the recipient's language refers to the written one. So range of coverage of texts of the written type is much wider. The following article gives specific ideas about the features of written translation.
