Abstract: in lexicology, the linguistic richness of a language is studied as a system, because this richness is not a simple, mechanical sum of words and phrases, but a system of interconnected linguistic units and elements, one of which requires the other to exist. In this system every problems of the word are studied such as lexic meaning, synonyms, stylistic, structural parts and etc. Specifically, this article focused on what is graduonomy and graduonomic degrees in synonyms of the three language’s vocabulary: Uzbek, English and Russian.

Abstract: the creation of dictionaries is the undertaking of an uncommon part of the linguistic study of etymology. Dictionaries are various and changed. Exhaustive dictionaries portray the world, clarify ideas, give personal data about popular individuals, data about nations and urban areas, about extraordinary occasions. Philological dictionaries contain data about words. There are various kinds of philological dictionaries. A great many people know about bilingual dictionaries: we manage them, considering unknown dialects, deciphering writings starting with one language then onto the next.

Abstract: translation is a tool that serves as the interests of friendship, brotherhood and cooperation between different peoples, as well as the expansion of economic, political, scientific, cultural and literary ties between them. As the field of linguistics is developing, translation is considered as one of the most important part in this sphere. Translation is learned by the subject of “the theory of translation’. Many scientists investigated this theory thus finding its problems also. So this article focuses on the background of translation, such as how linguists defined the translation, some problems of it and analyze them carefully by giving some examples.

Abstract: this article provides a brief overview of irony and its types, with a focus on situational irony. Situational irony is illustrated by examples from general cases and each example is subjected to scientific analysis.
Situational irony also requires the satisfaction of expected results, but in this case, situational irony is possible when the expected result is achieved, or vice versa, when the expected result turns out to be the opposite.
